Placing your order
How far ahead should I place an order?
We recommend placing orders at least 48–72 hours in advance for weekly meal prep, so we can source the freshest ingredients and prepare everything properly. For large catering orders (30+ guests), we recommend reaching out at least one week ahead to ensure availability and the best menu selection.
How does the ordering process work?
It's simple: fill out an inquiry form (or call us), tell us what you're looking for, and Bailee will reach out within 1 business day to confirm the details and pricing. No payment is required until your order is confirmed — there are no surprise charges or upfront commitments.
When is payment due?
We confirm all order details — meals, portions, date, and total — before any payment is required. You'll receive a confirmation once everything is agreed upon. We want the process to feel easy and transparent, with no pressure until you're ready.
Can I place a recurring weekly order?
Yes! Many of our customers set up a regular weekly or bi-weekly meal prep schedule. Just let us know when you place your first order and we'll make it easy to continue. Recurring customers can often place standing orders with fewer steps each week.
Dietary needs & preferences
Can meals be customized for dietary restrictions?
Absolutely. We welcome dietary notes — gluten-free, dairy-free, low-sodium, high-protein, specific allergens, and more. Include your needs in your order form or mention them when you reach out, and we'll work with you to accommodate them wherever possible.
Do you offer vegetarian or vegan options?
Yes. Our veggie wraps, garden bowls, fresh sides, and breakfast options work well for vegetarian diners. Vegan accommodations are also possible — just let us know when you order and we'll confirm what's available for your prep cycle.
Can you handle food allergies?
We take food allergies seriously. Always include your specific allergies in your order form so we can review and confirm whether we can accommodate them safely. While we do our best to avoid cross-contact, please note that meals are prepared in a home kitchen environment.
Can I mix different meals in one meal prep order?
Yes — variety is part of what makes meal prep enjoyable. You can mix and match proteins and sides across your weekly order. Just note your preferences in the inquiry form (e.g., "2 chicken plates, 2 salmon bowls, 1 shrimp bowl") and we'll put it together.
Getting your meals
Do you offer pickup and delivery?
Yes — pickup is always available at our location (17000 Nokota Avenue). Local delivery can be arranged for most orders. Mention your preference in your inquiry form and we'll confirm delivery availability and any applicable fee for your area.
How long do the meals stay fresh?
Meal prep containers are labeled with prep dates and are designed to stay fresh in the refrigerator for 4–5 days. Some items, like energy bites and oat muffins, may last a bit longer. Reheating instructions are included with every order.
Can I freeze my meals?
Many of our protein and grain-based meals freeze well. Items with delicate vegetables or dairy-based sauces are best enjoyed fresh. If you're planning to freeze any portion of your order, let us know — we can note which meals are most freezer-friendly when we pack.
What do you use for packaging?
We use food-safe, microwave-safe containers. Each container is labeled with the contents and prep date. If you'd like to bring your own containers for reuse, just let us know in advance and we'll work with you on that.
Catering for your event
Can you handle catering for a large group?
Yes. We've catered for offices, schools, churches, birthday gatherings, and team events. Whether you're feeding 10 or 100, we'll work with you to put together a menu that fits your headcount and budget. Reach out early for large events to secure your date.
Do you offer family-size portions?
Absolutely. Our Family Tray options serve 4–8 guests depending on the dish. These are perfect for busy weeknights, church potlucks, or any gathering where you need a hearty, shareable meal. See the Family Trays section on the menu page for current options.
How do I share dietary notes for a catered event?
Include dietary notes in your catering inquiry form under "Menu Interests." If you have a guest with a specific allergy, call or email us directly so we can discuss it in detail and confirm what's possible for your event.
